Cynthia Mark received her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 1997 from the University of Saskatchewan. Cynthia articled for her chartered accountant designation with Arthur Andersen in Calgary and Meyers Norris Penny in Red Deer. During her articling, she decided to take her career in another direction and received her MBA from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000.

Since receiving her MBA, Cynthia has focused on business consulting and strategic planning. She knows the importance of working on your business instead of just working in your business. Working with her husband, she put this into practice by successfully taking over and turning around a struggling hotel business, and operating it for 5 years before selling it. This experience helped her build on her strengths in human resources, marketing and operations management.

Cynthia is our Director of Administration and provides invaluable direction in human resources, strategic planning and operations management.
